Eyrie Vineyards Original Vines Pinot Gris 2016

Hailing from Oregon this Pinot Gris has a dynamic personality. The nose catches aromas of ripe apple and baking spice culminating in the essence of homemade apple pie. On the palate there are stone fruit of peaches and pear followed by ripe apples. Yet underneath there is a richness of warm allspice and pure minerality. The acidity is present in a friendly way with a drinkable finish.

Pair well with charcuterie, chicken tikka, pad thai
