Famille Hugel Riesling 2020

This dry French Riesling opens with springtime aromas of elderflower and lily of the valley. Citrus zest and green apple appear alongside the mineral essence of flint and tinder. The finish is bright and acidic. 

Famille Hugel pairs well with California sushi rolls, shrimp cocktail, lobster macaroni and cheese, and pork belly with apple slaw.
