The Edge Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

This Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is textured with flavors of juicy cherry, black currant, and hints of black licorice. It wafts into a beautiful display of nutmeg, allspice, fresh brewed espresso, and tobacco leaves. There are many chewy tannins and a lingering finish. 

The Edge pairs well with dijon crusted filet mignon, rosemary garlic lamb chops, beef Wellington, and a mushroom glazed New York strip.
